From 20 to 27 January 2025, our dedicated lab members (Amin, Iylia, Danish, Asfa and Victor) ventured deep into the forests of Bukit Kuri, Kalimantan for a week-long bat sampling expedition. Braving humid nights, the team worked tirelessly to capture, identify and collect data from various bat species as part of ongoing Chiropteran research.

Here’s to fieldwork, teamwork and exciting discoveries from the treetops to the caves. Stay tuned for the science that comes next! 🦇✨
